About ButtHertz
ButtHertz started as a joke between two of my favorite things: hot peppers and ham radio. The peppers are homegrown in Foresthill, California, at about 3,000 feet, dried and sealed a pinch at a time. The name is a nod to the hertz — the unit every ham lives by. Small packets, big signal, $2 each.
Each pouch is labeled with its name, net weight, and ingredients. Made in a home kitchen that is not subject to routine government food safety inspections.
